How much does a room or apartment cost?
Rooms in shared worker houses from 350 EUR / month (all-inclusive). Furnished studios from 720 EUR / month. 2-bedroom apartments from 850 EUR / month. Park-view 2-bedroom apartment 1050 EUR / month. Prices include electricity, water, heating and WiFi.
Are utilities and WiFi included?
Yes. All listed prices are all-inclusive (warm rent) and cover electricity, water, heating and WiFi. No end-of-year settlement.
What is the minimum stay?
Normally one month. Shorter stays and longer framework contracts are available on request.
Do you accept staffing agencies and company invoicing?
Yes. We regularly work with staffing and Zeitarbeit companies and industrial clients in Augsburg, sign framework contracts for multiple beds and issue VAT invoices in the company name.
How far are the apartments from KUKA, MAN and Premium Aerotec?
All properties are centrally located in Augsburg and reachable within 15–30 minutes by tram, bus or car to the major employers (KUKA in Oberhausen, MAN Energy Solutions and Premium Aerotec in the city area).
